 She may star in Bad Moms, but by all accounts Mila Kunis is anything but.And the actress looked every inch the glowing mother-to-be as she walked the red carpet on Tuesday night, where she cuddled up to her co-star Kristen Bell.

Showing off her growing bump in a black velvet dress, the 32-year-old smiled happily as she joined her co-stars at the film's premiere in Los Angeles.

Mila's pretty black dress featured a purple and red sash around the chest and waist, while a pair of pale pink stilettos completed the look.

Mila - who is expecting her second child with husband Ashton Kutcher and raises daughter Wyatt with him - was joined by her husband, who walked the red carpet separately. 

Mila took some time off after having her daughter before returning to work on Bad Moms, in which she stars with Kristen Bell, Kathryn Hahn and Christina Applegate.

And she's thankful she had such a good experience on the set of the film as it taught her that it is important for her to feel 'fulfilled in order to be the best parent she can.

She told Extra recently: 'I took a minute off from acting after I had Wyatt, and it was kind of serendipitous that this movie came about.

Joining Mila at Tuesday's premiere were a whole host of her co-stars, including Kristen Bell and Kathryn Hahn.

The No Strings Attached star said the disease 'knocked out my vision, it knocked out my hearing, it knocked out like all my equilibrium.' 

According to Kutcher, his harrowing experience with vasculitis, though scary, gave him a new-found appreciation for his health and his senses, explaining that he hadn't ever truly realized how essential they were, until he lost them.

 She's been keeping her life low key this year, spending plenty of time at home in California with partner Ashton Kutcher and their eight-month-old daughter Wyatt.

But on Tuesday night Mila Kunis stepped back into the spotlight for a cause very close to her heart, attending a preview for a short film celebrating Gemfields Mozambican rubies at the Corinthia Hotel in London.

Mila, who is a global ambassador for Gemfields, looked gorgeous in a little white dress which showed off her svelte figure.

Earrings and a ring were paired with a stunning Regalia Bracelet which features 126 rubies totalling 17 carats. A slick of ruby red lipstick was the finishing touch for Mila's flawless ensemble.

 And Mila Kunis proved she can nail red carpet maternity wear too, as she looked absolutely stunning for the premiere of Third Person in Hollywood on Monday.

Meanwhile, Mila's silky tresses were styled straight, flowing down past her face, which was made up with smoky eyes.

Mila is expecting her first child with her fiance Ashton Kutcher, but he was not seen along her side during the promotional event. 

Mila stars in Third Person alongside Liam Neeseon, Olivia Wilde, James Franco, Adriend Brody, Kim Basinger, and Maria Bello.

The story takes place in Rome, Paris, and New York, and follows three interlocking love stories with three couples.

Maria, 47, was also at the event, looking fantastic in a plunging beige dress and metallic wedge heels.Moran Atias and Emanuela Postacchini, who also star in the film, arrived in long gowns.

 Mila Kunis made her first red carpet appearance since the Danny Masterson controversy at Family Guy's 25th Anniversary Celebration during PaleyFest in L.A. on Friday.
