But on Tuesday night Mila Kunis stepped back into the spotlight for a cause very close to her heart, attending a preview for a short film celebrating Gemfields Mozambican rubies at the Corinthia Hotel in London.

Mila, who is a global ambassador for Gemfields, looked gorgeous in a little white dress which showed off her svelte figure.

The dress' mini skirt also showed some skin thanks to a zip-up split undone to the thigh. Mila added some coordinating white heels and swept her long brunette locks to the side.

Earrings and a ring were paired with a stunning Regalia Bracelet which features 126 rubies totalling 17 carats. A slick of ruby red lipstick was the finishing touch for Mila's flawless ensemble.
